Dr. K. Kishore Pati is a distinguished leader in the pharmaceutical industry, bringing over 22 years of expertise across life sciences, drug development, and regulatory affairs. His career spans both academia and global pharmaceutical companies, where he has held progressively senior roles, including R&D Scientist, Manager, Director, Senior Director, and Co-Founder.
With a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from National Tsing-Hua University, Taiwan, and postdoctoral research at Florida State University, Dr. Kishore has made significant contributions to synthetic organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and the development of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and finished dosage formulations. His research excellence is reflected in over 15 peer-reviewed publications, more than six U.S. patents, and several prestigious fellowships.
Dr. Kishore has led numerous high-impact initiatives in new chemical entity (NCE) and new molecular entity (NME) development, as well as in the regulatory and commercial aspects of pharmaceutical innovation. As CMC Director at a previous organization, he successfully managed over 20 generic drug projects, collaborating with Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) to ensure timely and effective project execution. His expertise extends to 505(b)(2) NDA development and the advancement of novel drug delivery systems, particularly for orphan and rare diseases.
